How does the billing process work?

To secure your booking, I request a 20% deposit, with the remaining 80% to be paid 24 hours prior to the final deliverables being sent.

Where/how will I receive my final deliverables?

Once your project is finished and I have received payment, I will send you a link to a Google Drive folder with your final deliverable(s). I am willing to use a different service if Google Drive doesn’t work for you.

Is it possible to change my date?

Absolutely, as long as you provide me with a minimum of 7 business days’ notice, you can adjust your date up to two times without any additional charges.

Tell me more about your cancellation policy.

Any scheduled shoots canceled within 7 days of the planned shoot will be entitled to a full refund. Anything cancelled with a shorter notice than 7 days will lose their deposit.

I require a service I don’t see anywhere on your service page.

Mark your desired service as “other” on the contact form. Provide me with as much detail as possible on what it is you want, and I’ll reach out to have a chat with you to see if I’m the right person to bring your vision to life.
